We first met Kathleen Florance when our son was in first grade. Ms.
Florance helped us, as a family, during a most difficult time in our
lives. The diagnosis of a learning dysfunction is never easy to accept.
Through her knowledge and compassion, she guided us in giving our son
the strategies he needed for success.
Today, our son is a high school honor student in his junior year.
Because of working with Kathleen Florance, he has learned the necessary
strategies needed to cope with his type of dysfunction. Although he no
longer sees Ms. Florance on a regular basis, she has always been
available to assist us with specific challenges.
We are most grateful to Ms. Florance for all she has given us.
Because of her professional contribution to his life, our son's
struggles have turned to successes. We cannot thank her enough.
